Delivery Method
Furniture items are delivered via specialist couriers experienced in handling large and delicate pieces. Smaller items may be shipped via standard courier services.
Delivery is typically to the ground floor or building entrance unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information (where applicable) so you can monitor its progress.
For larger furniture deliveries, our delivery partner may contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date.
International Shipping
We may offer international shipping on selected items. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue. This allows us to resolve the matter quickly with the courier or manufacturer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.
